Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept all major credit and debits cards. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

You may also pay by cheque, credit or debit card via telephone, mail or over the Internet. Please note we do not accept American Express or Diners Card.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
UK Postage and Packaging is FREE!!
All items are dispatched within two working days. Our standard delivery option is provided by Royal Mail / Parcel Force. Delivery is normally next day but please allow 2-5 days.
Need your goods even faster? Then take advantage of our Priority Delivery Service at a cost of £5.00 by selecting the "Priority Delivery" option on the checkout page. This guarantees next day delivery (excluding items posted on a Saturday).

Europe
We are happy to ship to Europe, and this service usually takes less than 7 days. The charge is £8.00

International (outside Europe)
We are happy to ship to anywhere in the world. Please allow 1-2 weeks for this service. The charge is £10

Colours
Whilst every effort is made to continually match colours, the colour you order will be as true to the colour on the photographs. However these items are hand made without any use of mass production techniques and are made in small quantities, therefore occasionally there may be a 5% variation on the colour shade shown. Also, please note that colour reproduction is as close as the Internet allows. Our garments are all hand dyed and therefore slight colour variations can occur between batches.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Most goods can be made to order with an approximate 2-4 week lead time. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the goods listed on the site are immediately available there may be occasions where goods may not be available at all times and in all colours. You will be contacted if your colour or style choice is not available and asked for a second choice or whether you are prepared to wait for the next delivery.

Credit Card Security
Our customers security is essential to our business. We use Protx as our payment service provider and Barclays Merchant Services as our Merchant Bank.

Protx provides very high levels of internet and physical security to ensure sensitive information is never compromised. Credit / Debit card details are secured within 128-bit encrypted sessions and any information is stored on a heavily encrypted database that is protected by multiple government approved firewalls. Protx VSP is designed so the vendor doesn't have to hold sensitive information on their site, should anyone gain unauthorised access to their database the information they obtain will not allow them to recover credit card details or other sensitive information.

Soukh-Couture do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
Soukh-Couture offer a no-quibble guarantee and are happy to refund the cost of any purchase providing we are contacted to notify us of intent to return by telephone, post or email within seven days of receipt.
Unsuitable items should be posted back to us unworn and in the same condition as when sold at the senders own risk (we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Once we have received confirmation of receipt of goods received undamaged and in the same condition as sent we will credit the customer's credit or debit card with the price of the goods. The cost of returning the goods will be the customer's responsibility.
