1) What if I want to return my product ?
Soukh-Couture offer a no-quibble guarantee and are happy to refund the cost of any purchase providing we are contacted to notify us of intent to return by telephone, post or email within seven days of receipt.

Unsuitable items should be posted back to us unworn and in the same condition as when sold at the senders own risk (we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Once we have received confirmation of receipt of goods received undamaged and in the same condition as sent we will credit the customer's credit or debit card with the price of the goods. The cost of returning the goods will be the customer's responsibility.

If you wish to exchange your order you will not be charged postage for the first exchange, please send items back for exchange by Royal Mail Special delivery

2) Is shopping with Soukh-Couture safe ?
Our customers security is essential to our business. We use Protx as our payment service provider and Barclays Merchant Services as our Merchant Bank. Protx provides very high levels of internet and physical security to ensure sensitive information is never compromised. Credit / Debit card details are secured within 128-bit encrypted sessions and any information is stored on a heavily encrypted database that is protected by multiple government approved firewalls. Protx VSP is designed so the vendor doesn't have to hold sensitive information on their site, should anyone gain unauthorised access to their database the information they obtain will not allow them to recover credit card details or other sensitive information.

3) How do I make a purchase ?
Shopping with Soukh-Couture is easy and secure -

• Choosing an item
  When you find an item you want to purchase, click the ‘add to cart’ button. The item will be added to your ‘Shopping Basket’ this is found on the top right of the page and on the side navigation, below the ‘advanced search’ box. Once you have selected a product you will be given the option to checkout, cancel your selection or continue shopping.
  
  
• Paying for your item
  When you are ready to buy and have finished shopping, click the ‘Checkout’ button
  
• Confirming your item and payment
  During the checkout process we will ask you to confirm the delivery address and show you the total cost of your purchase. Once you have checked these details and clicked ‘Confirm’ you will have completed your purchase.

4) When will I receive my product ?
UK Postage and Packaging is FREE!!

All items are dispatched within two working days. Our standard delivery option is provided by Royal Mail / Parcel Force. Delivery is normally next day but please allow 2-5 days.

Need your goods even faster? Then take advantage of our Priority Delivery Service at a cost of £5.00 by selecting the "Priority Delivery" option on the checkout page. This guarantees next day delivery (excluding items posted on a Saturday).

Europe
We are happy to ship to Europe, and this service usually takes less than 7 days. The charge is £8.00

International (outside Europe)
We are happy to ship to anywhere in the world. Please allow 1-2 weeks for this service. The charge is £10
